Gotta be the surround piece for your gear shifter.

 

Lower dust boot cover/tranny cover/tranny tunnel cover...you are replacing the metal piece that sits on the tranny hump, that was originally over the carpet but under the center console...***** $%#^# it goes under the shifter!!!
