Yeah it was pretty risky....I bought the car sight unseen from a guy in New Mexico on Ebay. I kinda lucked out...although it wasn't as nice as he described, I didn't really get ripped-off either. However, I don't recommend buying any car- especially an old Z- without seeing it in person first. I'll never do it that way again.....

 

Whats with the two antennas on the Yellow one?

 

i dont know, me and the guy who owns it had a laugh about that, i guess the PO wanted it to look symetrical, cause it was a stock 280z antenna just turned around not a cb antenna...

 

my dad and me shipped his 280z from southern cali as well, just what we expected, and with my dad out of town alot down south for business i can have him check out cars or ask people on the forums or family. i have no problem with getting a Z from across the country, only problem is shipping is extra money, price for shipping has gone up, and if it doesnt run it costs alot more! and im trying to just get a near perfect (other than pain) roller so i am trying to find something within a couple hundred miles to just trailer, i think i missed out on a perfect donor 240z right here in chicago...
