Introduction
Hello all
I live over in the UK, and currently drive a 1992 Japanese spec Z32 TT, sporting quite a bit of '99 spec bodywork and bits
I've owned her for almost three years now and she's changed quite a bit since then. I say 'her' because her name is Eliza I've almost finished with modding Eliza now to the way I like her, so there will (hopefully) be a new project on the horizon soon.....
I've been offered a 1975 280Z, that was imported over to Spain, now it's in France, and I'll import it into the UK OK so it's left hand drive (you people are use to that, I'm not ) but I won't let that stop me!
It'll require a full strip down, re-spray, new interior, engine re-build and then putting back together! It should be fun
I'll post pics as and when things happen.
Dave

The Nurburgring is actually considered an Autobahn now. No, they dont "race" on it anymore. It is a little squirelly. Its 15 Euros per lap and 13 miles and 72 corners I beleive. I am going to do it just to say, hey I drove it.

15 euros for a lap is cheap. it is 13 miles i know that much, corners wise you got me... and yeah if ya do it...careful that **** is narrow.....dont need a zdriver story...."so i was on the nurburing when my *** end got loose, and needless to say, the Z is no more"

Hi peeps
I've just filled out my Zgarage >> https://www.zdriver.com/forums/vbgar...=view&id=16209
I've included a couple of pics of my interior, these were taken when I was still fitting it, so it's not quite how it is now.
There's the full list of mods, I'm not into power hikes, as Eliza is my daily driver and I'd rather have a usable car (maybe the 280 ) What's not listed in the mods is that I've just had the 'Stone-Chip' (Rock guard, or whatever you call the rough coating around the bottom of the car) removed and smoooooooooooothed over, much, much better
Also I've just fitted my NAVAN auto shifter, which is nice considering I've been searching for one since I've owned her. There are still some bits & bobs that want doing to her, and these should be done over the winter.
Thank you for the nice welcome
The Nurburgring? This could be a possibility next year, as our UK club (300zx.co.uk) have done one for the past two years, so we'll see
EDIT** The 'show' pics were all taken this July at a show called JAE (Japanese Auto Extravaganza), this is an annual show, and apparently the largest gathering of these cars in Europe!!

here i buy 94 octane for my dd for aboot 1.05 a liter. 92, which i can get away with if not really pushing the motor is aboot 1.00 a liter. so in american thats 4.00 a gallon roughly!!! ouch, i get 350km to 55 liters of gas. just going to work, and driving around a bit, i fill up the 55 liters once a week. needless to say i built the motor when gas was .35 cents a liter.
