so when i first put my car together and got it running i took it around the block for a quick spin and it was fun as hell... that was a big mistake to ever let me drive a z. its become an addiction. since the car isn't finished it doesn't have tags or insurance and all that good stuff. i took it out today and someone called the cops on me all i did was run it around the block. i got home and parked it in the garage not ten minutes later a cop pulled up accross the street and was staring onto my property.... he pulled foreward to where i couldn't see him so i hit the button to close it up so it wasn't visible, and what do u know he backs backup into sight, pulls foreward makes a u turn and all the while staring at me. he pulls around the corner to get a perfect view into my driveway but i had already closed the door. i know someone finked ppl in my neighbor hood are ******** thank god i'm moving! i guess it didn't help that i can get my 235s to spin pretty good probably why they called!

 

hmmm.. that sucks, i rolld around my neigherhood all the time with an open down pipe and have only gotten looks like, ooooo whats that. and i realized just today, i got 225's on the front and 235's on the rear. so slap a turbo on and you'll spin them 235's lol

 

i ran a sbc on the stand with open dynotech headers at 3AM, 10 mintues later a cop showed up and asked me "what the hell do you think you are doing?"

 

and you said? it better be something wize *** like

 

pft... police, who needs them anyway....

 

We don't have police up here in Canada. I've driven my baby like halfway across the city with no insurance.

I would'a called the cops too. Why the hell would you run a car with open headers at 3AM in your own neighborhood? That's just asking to get egged.

 

hehe, my stepdad ran his boat in the garage at 10pm once. neighbors were not thrilled . mind you, this boat had a built 429 bored and stroked and running 12.5:1 CR, and being on a boat, it had no mufflers .

 

ooo one of my neighbors did that ^^^^^ probably not as nice of a boat but they did, then teh boat caught on fire and was conviniently next to a few propane tanks. needless to say, they exploded and they house, yeah.... (it was inside their garage)

ya well they called the cops and my car is quiet and all i was doing was driving fast with a few chrips and spins
