Maybe people are still wary of the Spudz days. Remember the controversy over the old off topic forum. By the way, is there a reason the z31 guys are still being treated like the redheaded stepchildren? Still no off topic over there.

 

This is a rather slow forum, kinda interesting tho. There used to be a 510driver.com forum associated with these guys that had ALOT of traffic. Very good community for the 510 enthusiast. Someone decided to kill the 510 forum to make space for a G35 site. There was another Z forum, can't remember the name, something .net, but it's under re-construction the last time I looked. It'll probably be a G site too.

 

It picks up and then slows down. I belive you're talking about twinturbo.net. That's a VERY lively forum, but good luck getting lots of help over there. They're kinda rude over there at times. More of a flame fest than a forum.

 

It is a little slow at times but has some good people here. Check Zextreme if you want a dead site, nothings been going on there in a month. I really like 300zx but never could get into TT.net very well, thought maybe it was just me. Kind of figured it was slow because it was summer and people had better things to do than punch on a key board. Then you got people like me that all they do is read thru the forums all day.
I think maybe GodZilla still has a 510, and There were several of them at the Z car garage when I was out there. Don't really know why they dropped the 510 section.

 

It's all about quality over quantity here. It really slowed down for awhile, but it has been picking back up. You'll get a straight forward, honest and knowledgeable answer to whatever question you ask here. A lot of people left (including myself) when an evil dictator administrator went on a power trip. People have been coming back ever since. I haven't found a site better than this one.

Nice lookin' Z BTW. Need to get some aftermarket wheels though. It would really finish it off nice.

I'm particularly proud of the fact that we have the off topic section. Maybe it's a nod to me as mod. Maybe i'm reading too much into it. Either way i like it.

 

So then, hypothetically speaking, could we maybe get away with expressing ourselves about how we felt about the little potato. Not to say that I ever would, hypothetically.

This is a great forum. Takin that theres alot of experienced and helpful people here. I am also a member of TT.net and 300zxclub.com. But i like to have many ways to find answers and opinions to all sorts of questions.

 

Let's just say it's about time someone put a fork in him. We lost a lot of good people in this forum because of him. Some have come back, but the traffic on this site isn't close to what it was before.


The site is constantly improving. I'm sure the Z31 guys will have their Off-topic soon enough. Until then, just use ours. Off topic isn't Z generation specific.

 

To tell the truth, I'd rather have the off-topic back the way it was. That way everyone posts in the same one, off topic shouldnt be model specific.
