Has anyone heard of a brand named godspeed? They make external wastegates and they come with a 1 yr. manufacturer warranty. So any thoughts?

Google "godspeed wastegate" and you get tons of results.

http://www.dsmtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=200182

Buy a name brand and be done with it.

Tial, Synapse, Turbonetics.

A Wastegate is too important of a part of the car to cheap out on.
EDIT... fixed thread title so people actually know what the topic is.

Why don't you save that money and put it towards the Tial? Seems like a waste to buy a cheap temp one... do it right the first time.

heres my math on that...

you buy the $1?? one and asuume your system works... now your down almost $3?? because i don't think i would buy a used "godspeed" wastegate off of ebay and you still want to get the Tial wastegate...

if the system dosent work your out $1??, done

if you go ahead and get the Tial wastegate for $2??, and your system dosent work im pretty sure you could sell a used tial wastegate for $1??...

so it looks about the same either way, your gonna lose $1?? lol

except they only sell stuff that is non mechanical under their name, like a bitchin FMIC kit for my car for sooo cheap. and O2 housing. otherwise they sell TiAL wastegates for a pretty decent price.

oh and the GT series turbos are SOOO ****ing cheap on godspeed... its crazy cheap.....
