Gallup Organization

I don't know if anyone hear has taken part in a Gallup Poll or anything else that has to do with the Gallup Organization, but their work is very interesting. I spent a couple days in Nebraska last week after taking one of their 'Strengths Finder' tests. Gallup advises my company in the area of hiring and recruiting, as well as management styles. Anyways, I found out my that my top personality/character strengths are as follows.

Responsibility
Arranger
Achiever
Focus
Competition

This company teaches you how to more effectively manage by using your strengths. It's centered around the idea that you should focus on what you're ggod at and what you enjoy instead of trying to improve what you're not-so-good at. Usually I come away from these classes thinking that I just wasted a couple days, but this one was different.

Has anyone else taken a 'Strengths Finder' Test?

I've done a test similar to that. I work at Best Buy, and the test you take when you apply is done by Gallup, and it shows your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to social situations and such.
