Shipping is like $5-$10 depending where you live, but yea I could make it as a hood emblem as well. I can cut out a round piece and have that Z welded to it and it would look kind of like the stock one, but custom. Let me know.

I'll sell it as a hood emblem for $15 raw and $20 for powder coated or polished.

Heres what they will look like. Theres two ways you can have it, let me know which one you want. They will have the studs so you can mount it on the hood. Also this is not made out of the same thickness as the key chain one, but its just to show you what it will look like. I can make the circle out of 1/8" thick like the key chain and leave the Z thin like it is, or make both the Z and circle thick or the Z thick and the circle thin. Its all up to you and how you want it. Let me know what you think, well both of you. SNW do you want it polished or powder coated? or raw? $15 for it raw and $20 for it polished or powder coated. $10 shipping.

Thanks let me know.

i could see that making some gap issues perhaps on the hood concave.... but i like it. and id go polished AND powder coated if it was easy for you, (you know polished Z powdercoated background) but to be un complicated... just polished would be fine. and i didnt break the studs! they cam broken, in perfect conditition with broken studs... i was ever so sad

I think I can do powder coated background and polished Z, it might be tricky though cause I would have to weld the Z on after its polished and powder coated, but I've done it before so it should not be a problem. Did you want it just like the pic I showed or thick like the Key chain one? and I'm assuming you one black powder coat? I have my 280Z here so I will try to make it fir perfect before I send it to you guys. Let me know on what you want.

that would be bitching... and yeah black. ill pay a lil extra for the work you put in to if you want. and i think the keychain thickness would be good. man you are teh man. must be awsome having a water jet available to you. ive always wanted to work one since i was really big into CAD and stuff. jsut wanted to see how the mapping worked on that.

Do you think you can make one that will fit on the side where the cabin vent is? With 3 studs?

I'' let you know when I get it done and the total price for the hood emblem. It might be more since its polished and powder coated.

Justin don't know exactly what you are talking about as to the where you want the emblem at? And do you want it the same way like the picture? With the Z welded to the circle? And what color do you want?

Getting off the topics of Key Chains, but hey for someone wanting to see my Z Its alright.

I put the motor that was in the 280ZX in the 280Z. It has T3/T04 Turbo, Intercooler, 370CC Injectors, Bigger Fuel pump, 60mm Throttle Body, Fuel Rail, R200 LSD Diff, HKS 2mm Head gasket, Mega Squirt Fuel Management Sytem, Greddy BOV, 3" straight exhaust. Front and Rear strut bars. MSA Type III front bumper and California Style Mirrors. Z32 seats. I can think of anything else, It should be doing mid 12's in the 1/4 mile, hopefully. Its estimated at like 310HP. The 280ZX did 12.9 best. Heres some pics:

sigh... makes me hate myself for having to sell the 260Z turbo. very nice though. real sleeper if you ask me. and 12.9 in the zx... yeah the 280 was a few hundred last so mid 12's sounds good.
