FS: 1983 280ZX Turbo Fully Restored, Perfect Condition
This is a 1983 Datsun 280ZX Turbo that has been fully restored from the ground up. The car was in excellent shape before the restoration, but the previous owner was a Z fanatic (with lots of money) and did a full restoration anyway. This car literally looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. Here are the quick specs:
1983 Datsun 280ZX Turbo
86,000 original miles
Silver
Manual Transmission
Located in Charleston, SC but willing to drive a reasonable distance to sell the car
Price: 12,500 obo
The car is in fantastic shape, the restoration alone cost over $18,000, of which I have all the receipts. I also have all the receipts for the aftermarket parts that were added to the car, over $6,000 worth, but only tasteful replacements for the OEM parts, such as stainless steel brake lines, rotor and pad upgrades, suspension upgrades, etc.
The interior is absolutely flawless, all the parts are OEM and look brand new, mostly because most of them are brand new! The stereo works great, no issues, all the gauges work, nothing is out of order. The motor runs strong with absolutely no issues at all, the only upgrades are an old school Greddy pop-off valve and a Greddy Profec Electronic Boost Controller tucked away in the glove compartment. The transmission is in excellent shape, no grinding or notching in any gear, and the clutch holds strong through every gear with no slipping at all.
The exterior is in excellent shape as well, no issues at all. Everything was fully restored to OEM specifications, no rust, no missing pieces, nothing. The underbody is flawless as well, no rust at all.
I have all the receipts for everything done to the car, all the way back to the original bill of sale and window sticker from the Datsun dealership. Let me know if you have any questions at all and I will be happy to answer them!
I have more pictures but for some reason it will only let me post 2, let me know if you want me to send you some more pictures and I will do so.
