This has been my daily driver for quite some time. I love the crap out of this car but I really want to get back into old school volkswagens. So if you have a 1975 - 1984 rabbit (esp. a four door), cabby, or gti I would be interested in trades.

1979 280zx 2+2
~132k miles (Daily drivin so will rise)
4 sp. Manual transmission - 7k ago
Water pump, timing belt, - 3k ago
New starter - 1 year old
New alternator - 2 and a half years old
New radiator - 2 years old
"Custom" (built it myself) short ram intake with K&N filter.
Custom built exhaust with magnaflow muffler.

- This car starts up at first crank everytime, no matter what the weather is like. The heat blows strong, unfornately the AC does not even though is has been updated, I think it would need a recharge but this never bothered me. I drive with the windows down all the time.
- All of the electrical stuff work (headlights, dash lights, dome, brake and parking lights)
- Interior is pretty mint other than the three cracks on the dash and some of the stitching coming apart on the passenger seat (trying to get my GF to fix) - Also the headliner sags a little bit and is being held up in spot by straight pins
- Still has ORIGINAL working radio, factory driver side power mirror, all 100% working
- Paint is pretty decent for a 29 year old car, the P.O. stored the car under a tarp so the paint on the roof is pretty worn. Very minimal rust and where it is nothing deeper than surface rust.
- Tires are a bit old but still hold air and have tons of tread, there is some cracking from when the P.O. let it sit for forever.

I am looking to get 1500.

I will try and get pictures ASAP.

I'll buy the rear end off you and I'll send you another good R200 so you can still sell the car in running condition. It's a chance for you to make some extra money

I would really like to sell the car as a whole. Why would you want to swap rear ends anyways? Seems like it would be expensive to ship that kinda stuff across the country, not including the time for me to take it off and put the new one on.
