COMPLETE L28E EFI SWAP, if it touches the motor you get it

I reciently bought a 1982 280zx And Want to do the LT1 thing....SO. I figure i can make a few bucks to pay for body and start the motor swap Here it goes..... I have:

An F54 Stock bottom end (i assume), I rand a dry/Cold compression test, all numbers were above 175 and the highest (cyl6) was 180 PSI. Judging from the plugs it may need valve seals, but it ran good for the short time i used it. The only problem is that is isnt a V8, JK, it just has cold start issues, all of the vaccume lines were not used for the cold start accessories, it idles just fine, but here a vaccume leak when i hit the gas, when it warms up the motor is ready to go. I assume if anyone had more patience to hook up thoes lines would have a perfectly working cold start system. The motor seems stock (but the compression resaults suggest a rebuild), but it has the 240SX Throttle Body, cold air intake (shiny tube and K&N filter), and the MSA 6-2 headers followed by a full custom (2.5 or 3in) exhaust with flowmaster and highflow cat.

The 5speed in the wide ratio (high OD), but i was told it was rebuilt and replace the stock, all i know about that is it feels better than any Z tranny i have ever used, no grinds....evev down to second gear and first gear.

You will also get the EFI computer and harness new 02 sensor, new fuel preassure regulator, new injector clips, looks to be a new python (BAP special) fuel pump.

The power steering pump dosent seem to leak however the motor leaks out of the rear (Oil pan? rear main seal? IDK). I plan on keep the AC compressor to adapt to the chevy, the clutch is good I think it is a centerline, the previous owner mentioned it and i found the directions and sticker in my car.....regardless the clutch is still good.

I have a 71 240z same motor but using SUs and this motor pulls SO much better and in a heavier car, and can breathe well in the high RPM, unlike the 240...it dies at 5.5k.

I can send pictires if you want, or feel free to come look at it, i am in the process of pulling it out.

OH! this is kind of relevent to..asking price, Would i be dreaming for $700? make offers...trades....Z's...whatever.
