I believe this ignition was out of an 84 280zxt...should be fine for 81-84 if my memory serves me correctly (sold my 83 zxt two years ago)...this ignition has been sitting in a box in garage forever and is in perfect condition...never installed and looks new...

has the key/locking mechanism/harness/black trim bezel...the unit I have has everything in pic above EXCEPT piece that bolts onto steering column on opposite side of lock to secure ignition switch....

unit is in great condition...pics available at request...
