i got a good ecu for an 82 NA 5spd if this guy doesnt respond back.

That is a good price. People sometimes pay $50-100 for one Turbo ECU.
The Non-turbo ECU is far more common. Market value is generally 1/10 the value of a turbo.

I hope you're right bleach, cause I've been using an auto-ecu for my manual and I'm thinking ECU problems might be accountable...

Year old thread, and this is for an n/a... and last I checked you were running a turbo, AND no, auto / manual doesn't matter for the ecu.
