This Z looks to be in good shape in terms of not having rust as most do. I thought I would part this car out until I cleaned it up/out and realized how solid the chassis was. I was told when I got the car that the engine "ran like a top" though I have no way of verifying this. It has an F54 block and P79 head.

I have some service records that were left in the glovebox including the ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER and some of the ORIGINAL SALES PAPERS!!! This has ALWAYS BEEN AN AUSTIN, TEXAS CAR!!! This means no salty coatal rust or rotted out under side due to Northern salt from the roads either! Next best thing to finding a desert car. The car was originally sold by CenTex Datsun/Nissan which was down on South Congress. Aslo in the paperwork was some insurance and registration paperwork as recent as 06/22/2007 so it's not been off the road for too long, and you know as well as I do that these engines are bullet proof and can be stored for years then crank right over.

I do have a clear transferrable Texas title.

It may not be the most beautiful car to look at right now, though it is most all there and just needs a little attention, fresh paint, and love to be a great car.

Areas of concern:

• The upholstery is in need of attention.
• The transmission was removed and sold before I acquired the car.
• The rear hatch strut does not hold the hatch up any longer (no suprise there, these things go bad).
• No starter, person who got the tranny must have take it also.
• Neither door has glass, looks like one or both have been busted as there's small pieces of safetey glass in the car. There are two pieces of door glass included (one driver one passenger), they are just not in installed (they were in the car when I got it so they go with the car when I sell it). Yes, I do have the car tarped to keep it dry.

For my asking price I will include a transmission (it is a stick, not an automatic) I have sitting here, it will not be installed just included in the sale (I do not know anything about it, I'm just including it to help the new owner get the car on the road quickly). Just pop it in and hit the road as the clutch and flywheel are still attached to the engine!
