Headers are not a great mod for the Z. The aftermarket headers give minimal gains at best, are expensive, and are very difficult to install.

As far as exhaust, what do you like (single, dual, true dual, loud, quiet)?

so far, i like the HKS exhaust best for the 350Z. go to:

videos.streetfire.net

and search around for 350Z's and exhaust clips and it will help you decide. and headers will help with supporting mods, but for their price on your guys cars, almost makes it not worth it.

if you have some ported head, bigger cam's, or a S/C setup. it will just be a BIG restriction, which could cost you up to about 100WHP.

Which headers do you recommend for 100whp? I'll even take 50whp if you can't find any that make 100whp.

he's sayng with all those supporting mods. but not on a 350Z hoov. maybe 20 hp on a SC application. but once your going that far, any mods that help with air/exhaust flow is a must. headers are huge on V8's that have shitty flowing heads.... like most.....

it seems like a super charger on a 350z is part of the normal mods lately.

Really? It doesn't seem like it. I haven't seen any at any of the Z meets I've been to. I don't think it would consider FI on the Z33 common.

my last Z meet there were 2 TT Z33's 1 SC Z33 and 1 SC G35 sedan and 1 SC G35 coupe. then about 6 normal 350Z's and then the other various Z's there. they are getting more comon just cause an SC is pretty cheap and easy to install compared to a turbo kit on the Z33 any whoo.

SC is cheaper than a turbo, but it's still very expensive especially when compared to other cars. You could get a turbo and build the engine for the price of a SC on the Z.

There are a lot of Z's here but I would say that ~90% look completely stock.

Caution:That setup will be extremely loud and will drone so much at cruising speeds that you would have to yell to hold a conversation, but that is a good thing to some people.
