Looks like the contemplation/dilemma at hand is charging or bolting on parts. Injen I don't like & if you plan on charging your Z you just blew hundreds of dollars. Your Injen will be useless with a charger set-up. I would have personally bought a NISMO RAM.

Bolton's Options:
#4 NISMO exhaust
#3 Headers
NISMO RAM
#1 NISMO Air Element
#2 RAM AIR DUCT
NISTUNE
NISMO FLYWHEEL
or an F3 Clutch Kit
Light Weight high crank battery with
Gold Battery Connectors to increase plate conductivity
MOTUL or Mobil 1 fluids
*****NISMO CAM or other, most power*****
NISMO Thermostat
Drilled & Slotted brake Rotors
*Don't even install a plenum spacer
Brake line cooler
Transmission cooler
* NGK Iridium spark plugs, yes they work
* Yokohama tires, #1 rated in the world for performance
-pick any of these at your leisure, these will gradually improve performance.
but...lets not forget about:
Suspension shocks "Tokico", don't buy coil overs (adjustable unless you plan on racing on a track in a real competition). You will run in to problems & the average mechanic will not be able to calibrate the suspension settings for the car & will make it worse.
Drilled & Slotted brake rotors/discs with a good set universal high quality brake pads. Don't even change your calipers.

CHARGING
For power an HKS will be a solid buy. All those kits are good. You will need to upgrade all around though, there is no other way around it. Walboro fuel pump & an adjustable fuel (P)ressure regulator with an O-scope calibration, a lower temp. NISMO* thermostat, heat rated NGK* spark plugs and you will need to upgrade your clutch to at-least an F2* kit & stay away from the organic clutches once you replace it. Your OEM clutch will burn & a small turbo for fast street response at lower RPM's is what your looking for. The bigger turbos I would stay away from for street use unless you plan on doing 160MPH in it. Air to water inter-cooler for reliability & true heat dissipation, air to air inter-cooler if your really **** about weight & coolness but your chances of overheating will increase. A small single Turbo set-up looks like what you need. Your valves, pistons & bearings will handle a small turbocharger at 5-7 psi. More importantly the installation is crucial and will take a full 3 day's. While your there you might as well install headers. It will reduce the life expectancy of your engine & your car will be more vulnerable to mechanical damage. It also makes no sense installing a charger with-out brakes. You may need an engine damper as well which are also easy to install. SMALL TURBO, LITTLE PRESSURE....here we go again, your going to have upgrade the rest of the car to optimize. MUST NOT JUST STICK TURBO IN CAR.

-Aircraft Electrician & turbo aircraft engine rebuilds

P.S, the Z is already finely tuned for track use and even though it doesn't win in a drag it already beats the new Ferrari GTB, Ferrai 458, Lambo. Diablo Porsche Boxster, Cayman & to be exact the Camaro SS & 2010 Mustang GT by a whole 4 Sec. per lap so these upgrades & modifications are going to place your Z in a full blown race car Street Super GT circuit.
