Front Tires, PLEASE HELP
I just put a down payment on a 350Z today. Of course I get home tonight and find there is a class action lawsuit filed the very same day. Is this problem so common that I should stay away from a Z until next year? What should I do?

I would say 2 out of every 5 Z's that pull off the lot experience this problem. You probably won't notice till around 9-10K. Mine started at 10K and I got them replaced at 16K. Everything seems to be fine now. A lot of other people have been saying that they have never even experienced it, so it's kinda a hit and miss I guess.

tires
im new to this page but im also a nissan tech and can answer the tire ?the front tires are chopping due to improper alignnment from the factory thats why some zs were effected more than others.nissans fix for this prob was to and still is to mount new nittos on the front and preform an updated alignment prcedure per nissan and hunters laser alignment machine, which invloves pulling the strut towers and lower frame assy to produce more tolerable caster camber# which was the cause of the chopping
