my question is...does the Z have stock BOV? because if so i am thinking that might be my boost problem...but if not then i am thinking that it is my wastegates..any input on that?

The Z32 comes factory w a system kinda similar to a BOV, but it is called an air recirculation valve. It helps release the pressure of the air being pumped through the intake pipes. When at speed, your throttlers are open being forced with air from the turbos. If you suddely take your foot off the pedal the turbos DO NOT stop spoolin immediately. They're right after the two intercoolers. You have in the inlet into the intercoolers, from the turbos, then the piping leading from the intercoolers into the upper plenum, that is where the Recirculation valves are.
That is about the only place to put after market BOVs (Blow-Off Valves), unless of course, you get custom hard piping made, or HKS offers a great package for about $300. I think Z1 or JWT offers a combination kit consisting of the HKS Hard Piping kit, and HKS Super-Suquential Blow-Off Valves, all for about $850. Which if you add it all up, your saving quite a pretty penny.

so can i get to them through the front panel between the headlights or am i going to have to remove my bumper? i think that was dumb to ask i am sure that i am going to have to remove the bumper..nothing on the z is as easy as it sounds
oh i know i have already done it a few times that is why i am saying it will be fun...haha
