Vibrating

Ok, I am pretty sure this is warped rotors but I will ask anyway. When I break from high speeds my steerinmg wheel shakes pretty badly, but at slower speeds I do not really feel it too much. It started a few months after I put on Axxis Metal Master brake pads. Do these pads cause higher heat from friction or what?
Also I will probably have them turned but I have heard there is a limit to how thick they can be and how much turning they can endure, does anyone know the specs? and can I just take them off and take them to O'riely's to have them do it for $8 a piece?

Thanks in advance

You should've had the rotors cut at the same time as you installed the brake pads. If it only occurs at high speed then you might have minimal warpage. Cutting them now might solve your problem. But more than likely you'll experience abnormal brake pad wear. You might not get the desired life expectancy from your current pads.

And dom.....what can I say? Better yet, I won't say anything.

True story.

But, I had a new set of rotors put on, and they were a little warped form the start. I drove on them for like 2 weeks and it went away. I was going to have them cut, but I didnt have time, and it just went away. The car stops really nice now that theres no problem. It stopped good with the problem to thou. So I dont know.

It's threads like this that cause me to lean back in my chair and LMAO.

Back to the problem at hand. Your tension rod bushings could be worn as well. I had that problem a couple years ago.

I see what happened there alright, you've had WAY too much to drink. Or better yet pass that over this way so we both can enjoy your euphoric illusion-causing state.
