Starting Problem
I went ot go out this mornng and i started my car, the idle dropped to 0 and stalled out. The car would crank but wouldnt turn over after many tries. I went out to it about 20 minutes ago it tried to turn over but it wouldnt then resumed what happened this morning with the cranking. Please help me.
Sounds like it isn't getting any fuel. Fuel lines might be frozen there. Check your fuel lines.
It could also be the fuel pump fuse. Check fuel filter. Check to see if it's getting spark. I think because it started then slowly died, it's fuel related.
If it's still under warranty take it back. Call them to come and tow it.

I dont want to get rid of the car, i would just have them replace whatever is broken. Im gonna have it check out tomorrow, ill check the fuse like you said, where is the fuse box in the car. I havent had to change anythng yet.
Battery was changed like a month ago, and the plugs were changed 2 months ago, but its ot a battery problem becuase a) the battery is pretty new, and b) i left the lght on before and the battey didnt die, and none of the accesories are dying or anything.
i 2nd Rizz. It is a fuel problem. A common problem is that the fuel dampener begins to not work properly and the car will not idle, especially right at start up. Your fuel dampener evens out the pulsating from teh fuel pump and that's why it might turn over but die right after. Try starting it and giving it gas(just a little) as you're starting it. hold it a little above 1000 rpm for a little while and see how it runs after that. See if it runs. Since it's on warranty though, they should replace anything for you that isn't right. Good news for them since lines are about 80$, damp is 60$, regulator is 80$...fairly inexpensive stuff. Good luck and congrats on the new Z.
Its being loked at by my mechanic. He told me, as well as a nissan tech. That the alrm system might have been activated cause ing it not to start. There is a peice of metal that might have shrunk becuase of the cold weather, well see tomorrow. Thanks for all the help thou. In my mind im goin with a fuel thing as well.
