so i have a 1995 2+2 n/a 300zx w/ 95,000 miles. runs great with no problems, no problem starting up but when i do floor it, it starts to spit either gas or water, last time it did in the parking lot when i revved it, it was just water. friend said it got all over his windshield in the freeway when i took off. probably water again, any suggestions on what the problem might be or is this normal?

 

I've seen some cars spit little water when their cold but to get all over your friends winshield and in the freeway its kinda odd..it sounds like a bad head gasket but that usually makes the exhaust smoke become white


Or it could be a water leak check your hoses, radiator, water pump, heater ect.
