Remote Starter - Starter Disable Relay

Hi guys, I just attempted to install an alarm system (Marksman M11) into my 1990 300Z. The install was a half success.

The Success - The car starts using the remote start button
The Fail - That's the only way the car will start

searching the web, I found a thread that had my exact problem, but the thread could not figure out what was wrong

http://www.automotiveforums.com/t180324.html

Basically, the ignition will not turn on anything unless the remote start is used.

So I thought I'd try asking the Z people to see if anyone knows what's happening.

Thanks!

My suggestion, recheck your wiring. I'm thinking you switched a couple of wires somewhere.

hey.... rizz is right.... i work at Circuti City in the roadshop..... i would also suggest checking the wires.... another thing is.... the brain to your alarm system could be messed up too.... half the time i put those things in i need to replace the brain.... other than that, you should be good...
