Manual Transmission Question

Hey guys, Unfortuantley i need to sell my Z, i gonna be a parent in Feburary, and I need to aleviate some costs. My question is, When its really cold outside, my transmission has a whine that is fairly loud, after about 2-5 miles down the road (depending on how cold it is) the whine goes away. I don't have any other problems with the tranny, but i would like to solve this problem before someone is interested in buying it. My first thought is that i'll add, or exchange the manual transmission fluid out for new. I havent checked the level yet, but i thought i'd leave a post in case theres any other wierd issues that someone may have heard about or had in the past, that could possibly be my problem. Thanks for any Input!
