BS. I came across stuff liekthat. Just get the nismo one it's only like 15$ and if u want even more get a grounding kit. that helps alot too.

dont waste your money, there are plenty of other things that will add more performance before something like that. you probably wouldnt notice a difference.

I've seen those in car audio competitions.
They use them to stabalize the voltage to 15 volts for unregulated amplifiers so that they put out the most wattage. I don't see this as being advantageous for your car's electrical system unless you have a weak battery/alternator, and then it would only be a patch for the problem.

I don't think you'd see any difference what so ever. BTW, and don't quote me on this but I dont think NR>G is a JDM company, i'm pretty sure their a stateside company, like it really matters though.

plus, if they want 14 bucks, it probably only cost less than 5 bucks, and at that price car manufacturers would offer them as a $200 option, or as stock with a $200 mark up.
