Use never-seize on them, or any other exhaust type anti-sieze compound, it'll help when you remove them next time..

The passenger side is not bad, the drivers side is tough, and it'll be tight.. Get an 02 sensor wrench from your favorite parts store with some extensions and an extra set of nuts so you don't blow yours up getting these out..

Soak them with some sort if penetrating lube like p2b or something it'll help some.. I reached the drivers side from underneath the car, it seemed easier than going from the top as tt.net suggested.
