Common problem...lots of potential cuases.....checkfor vacuumleaks, clean out your throttle boddies and IACV. Check for loose/bad connections at the injectors, coil packs, coolant temp sensor, MAF, PTU. There's more...these are the 1st things to check.

Ditto 91, You also might want to check the throttle cables and the cable from the cruise control actuator. Make sure they're not sticking. Make sure the shafts that run from where the cables attach and go to the throttle bodies have no obstructions. Make sure that the cables are allowing the t/b's to close all of the way.

Running rich is not usually a sign of a vaccum leak. More like a dirty air filter, leaky injectors, retarded ignition timing, bad throttle position sensor. bad temp sending unit.

Ideally, you'd do an ecu check first and address any/all error codes there. Then check the sensors.

I don't know about other people here, but I always assume that you know that you have clean filters, good spark plugs and other general maintainence items already addressed. just my 3.33 cents.

Oh yeah, around here your title should read: Idle THAMN idle help.... :burnout:

There are places that can check them for you. If I was going to check mine, I'd pull them out, re-attach them to the fuel rail and then turn the key on to power up the fuel pump / pressurize the system. Then look for fuel leaking from any of the injectors.
