IC pipe Tips and tricks? (install)

Anyone have any hints, clues, tips, or tricks on how to re install the Stock IC piping? I have tried everything i can think of and none of it seems to work. I am swapping JDM TT into my 2+2 and its just not fitting. I read that everyone says just keep wiggiling them and they will go in. I have wiggled, twisted, pushed, and pulled the inside pipe as much as humanly possible to make it go back up underneath the headlamp and its simply not going in.

Thanks

A frustrated Z owner.

Ever tried lubing them up with I dunno maby some WD-40 or something? I think that will help alot. perhaps a ascrew driver too a flat head get the pipe in somehwere sort of. then if it;s lubed when you push more it SHOULD slide right in. but I dunno.
