I have a RADIATOR question? Help please, I want my car back!

Hey guys, I am in a bit of a jam. My radiator took a dump on me a few days ago so I am in the market for a new one. I don't want to go back factory, so this leaves me w/ very few options since my car is a N/A. My question for u guys is this: What does it take to convert a N/A motor to use a TT radiator? I know the mounting brakets a different aswell as the hoses, these are just minor problems. But are there any other differences to consider? I think the hose necks on the engine may be different, but I am not sure. I am doing an electric fan conversion, so fan clearance won't be an issue. Please help me anyway u can!

Do a search through this site. We've had many threads on this topic. You need a TT front clip. It's much more than just a couple hoses and some wires. If that was the case, then everyone would do it. If you had your radiator fail, I wouldn't look at that as a reasonable excuse to convert to a TT. Doesn't Z1 motorsport sell an upgraded turbo for the N/A?

Thanks for your imput bout the TT conversion. Although I wish i had the money to do that with since my car is a slicktop. but what I ment by the previous entry was to find out what parts i would need to convert my radiator ONLY to a TT unit. They alot more options for replacement radiators so I was curious if it would be possible to do without any mojor headaches. But I think I am going to just run a factory N/A unit for now. It lasted 13 yrs so far, it should last a while again. Thanks!

Oops. My misunderstanding. That's probably your best bet.

I put a tt radiator in my n/a with no problems... i shortened the hose a bit and it fit fine....however you do have to make some kind of bracket for it which i never got around to do so ( sorry b300z )

I've been told by my Z mechanic that the Maxima rad is a direct bolt on for the N/A and it has a higher fluid capacity level. That might be worth looking into.
