Front mount intercooler

Hey I had a real quick question that is probably a dumb one for all of you but i dont really understand..
Ok I want to get a front mount intercooler I found a couple on ebay for a pretty good price..Now I dont understand how that would work on my z since TT Z's have two sidemount intercoolers..how do i take the four pipes and make it so they go into two..i dont really understand that whole thing.. I even made myself confused just by explaining it..haha...please help me figure this out..I know its been done, ive seen hundreds of z's with them, i just want to know how...

OK, 1st off, wash 4 Advil down with a 6-pack of beer, then check out...

This is an Apollo FMIC. They also sell a dual cold-air intake designed to work with the FMIC's (scroll to bottom of the link page). Look at the pipes that come with the FMIC. The FMIC's are still 2 in and 2 out pipes. All you are doing is extending the intercooler intake tubes and running the outlet tubes through a slightly different route. Air from the turbo that enters the left side of the intercooler leaves through the left, and vice versa. Done with that beer yet? If not, then keep drinking.
