A few questions about a Z I am looking to purchase
Hello everyone,
I'm looking into purchasing a 1990 Z32 with 180k miles on it, NA 2-seater.
I had the car checked out by an auto specialist today and everything checked out great except for 3 things;
-Rack and Pinion leak
-Power steering pump needs to be replaced
-Front main seal is bad and is wet all the way to the back
What would an estimate be to have the pump replaced and rack and pinion replaced?
What about the front main seal? Is that a simple job, or does it require the whole engine to be pulled?
It has the original shocks on it, and they are not in the best condition (boots are torn) however it could be a lot worse and that doesn't worry me to much.
Any information, help, or advice that could be supplied would be greatly appreciated!
