Factory alarm reset Help Please!!

Hey this is my first post and Z car! I bought an 93 NA but dont have the door keys yet and im gonna have some made. As soon as i bought the car yesterday and of course after looking it over real good and driving it, the alarm went off as soon as my girl opened the pass door, the previous owner was still there and said he didnt know it had an alarm, but either way it shut the car down and would not start. So I tried disconnecting the batt and theft relay for a few min and this changed nothing, after reconnecting the battery the horn and head lights are still going off so I took out the 10A theft fuse and this allowed the car to start but I have no radio or dome lights. What is the proper method for resetting the alarm system?
