Door Window Switch
Door Window Switch
Ok, this is starting to bug me. I replaced my passenger window switch cuase it wouldn't work from passenger side correctly, switch would work going down but not up. Window would work both directions from drivers side switch.
After i replaced the switch (passenger) it worked great up and down from passenger side but now Driver's side switch stopped working completely.
questions: 1. Is there a differnt part for different years on the passenger side? I looked on the net but only found 1 part#
2. how is the finisher mounted to the door, is it glued cause it only has one clip on it and it seems to stick up and not sit flush.
I know there is a differnt part # for the drivers side switch but id rather not spend 200$ if i don't need to. seems to be a differnt part from 90-93 and 94-96.
I checked the connections, look clean, no corrosion, no cut or shorted wires, since every function worked at least once between the two switches i am thinking i just got the wrong switch, the one i replaced started with a 4, replaced it with part that starts with 5, thanks for the help guys.
