Bolt torque specs? And more

So I rebuilt my lifters and I need to k ow what to torq the cam straps to? Per the z32 service manual it's 9-11, but is it in kg or ft pounds, and if anyone know please do tell the specs for the cams, thanks!

Its probably in ft pounds.

Im not positive but ive never seen a kg spec, just foot lb or inch lb.

Id I recall, theyre not that tight.

... one of the first pages in the service manual tells you the measurements. The manual lists both ft-lbs and kg.
