Yep, that is correct. My bro has it in his 440+ rwhp 1st gen RX-7, it looks goofy as hell with a doofy little horn off the side. My friend who did a BP swap in his MX-3 has that too. I believe he dynoed at 238 to the wheels. High 13s..Heres a pic:

Sorry, don't know. BOV's vent to the atmosphere, so I would think that you wouldn't need to recirculate it. That the difference between BOV's and recirculation valves.

RFLs are the loudest...HKS are the best at venting...they also hold the most amount of pressure without going to a race valve.
