91 300zx no fuel

91 300zx no fuel
I have a 91 300zx 2+2. My new fuel pump runs for about 3 seconds and stops, thus no fuel.
What I have done so far: checked fuel pump fuse in engine compartment, replaced fuel pump relay on kick panel inside care, replaced fuel pump and fuel pump assembly, blew out both supply and return lines to ensure are clear, replace fuel filter. I tested the fuel pump outside of the care first and it was ok.
What have I missed????
