There's a lot you are going to be missing already:

tranny problems (na/tt have different ones)
ecu problems (need tt ecu)
jspec problems (right vs left hand drive problems)

That would be enough for you to think about right off the bat, I can't give specifics as I've never done a j-spec transplant before..

Actually the rear end would be fine, some have taken a stock NA rear end and put it in the Z for better acceleration. It's geared lowered...
