the best part:

Will I have to get larger fuel injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, or a larger fuel pump? No!
While these modifications will work in conjunction with the supercharger to give you even more power, they are not necessary to see high horsepower gains. This is bolt on horsepower at its best - everything you need is included in the kit.

They don't ever claim that it will ACTUALLY create more hp for you.

And it's $139 + $30 shipping.

It could potentially help the engine, but not $170 worth of "help." This is as good as the "Glue on your hood superchargers."

I know there have been some companies that make electric superchargers for cars because they are universal. They actually gave more PSI than this one but they are really good ideas. They are universal which helps alot of cars that dont have much aftermarket support. I believe the one I saw was on a switch also and it gave you arround 6PSI I believe. They are also quite cheep so all in all they are a good idea but I dont know about 2.1 PSI....that might actually be impeding the flow of air to the engine.

this is the only really tested forced air induction part i know that works i had a friend hear in town buy one of these pricey things i thought her was f-ing krazy to pay that much for it but he stuck it in his nissan maxima and let me tell u the truth it did give a little bit more hp i belive 10 to 15 hp the sound was wried its not like a spoolling of a real turbo charger but just as mean to hear a non turbo charged engine pushed to its limits by a forced air machine..

I saw a video on streetfire.net where these guys were messing around with a leafblower and a dry bottle of nitrous, and were dynoing a few cars to see what would happen. They did 3 different cars, and on all of them, they showed stock numbers, then attached the leaf blower (which added like maybe 10 hp) and then shot some nitrous inside of the leafblower turbine, which added another 30 hp at least.

I feel sorry for the people too, if it truly wasn't the guys cars they were using. I understand the fact that leaf blowers don't put out nearly the amount of cfm's needed to make a difference, and most of the time the leaf blower will restrict flow more than if it wasn't there in the first place.

Just kind of funny to see it work!

I am missing your point. you say they have documented proof that it adds 10whp and you are making fun of it. i can see if you brag about it but for people that dont have alot of aftermarket support this is a good thing. Especially when you shell out just as much money for an intake that gives you the same amount of hp. for an intake and blower you get 20hp for $350...Not too shabby I would say.

I think what everyone is saying (myself included) is that the leaf blower idea will yield results provided the leaf blower can push out enough cfm's required to actually make power. It's just a funny idea to think that an electric supercharger is no more than a glorified leaf blower.

Out of curiousity, how much would a cheap nitrous kit cost? Around the same price?

If the electric charger can in fact live up to the claims the company makes then the price is justified. But other companies have made similar claims that they have documentation and proof that their products improve power, economy, etc... Only to be found to be fraudulant. Sure they may have put one of these superchargers on a car and made an extra 10 hp. But if they also put on a K&N filter and an exhaust at the same time then that 10HP isn't neccessarily the elec. supercharger making the extra power. What is needed is an independant test performed by a non biased magazine or something along those lines to verify if the product is in fact worth it.

i have this carrot. But it's not an ordinary carrot, oh no. It's a super carrot. Because of the way it was grown, it's special curve lends itself ideally to adding HP to a car. We tested it on an ordinary daily driver with over 100k miles on it. Not only did it provide an instant 20hp at the wheels, it improved the fuel economy by 10mpg. Dyno charts and all research provided with my super carrot. Buy now only 59.99, turbo modeled cars might require more than one carrot. If so, i'll bundle them for a super low price of just 39.99 for each additional carrot you buy. So buy today before they're all gone!!

*shipping and handling may vary depending on delivery location.

Save yourself the effort and just fill the tank with some V8 juice You get the sleeper looks of the V6 and the power producing potential of V8 (get it )
