Turn signal/hazard diagnosis

1. Turn signals blink fast on the passenger side (driver side is normal)
2. The rear RH passenger bulb doesn't light when hazards are on, though the hazard indicator and other bulbs flash normally.

All bulbs are good, replaced with new ones. Grounding the turn signals at the bulb has no effect, so it's not a bad ground.
Looking at the wire diagram, all the bulbs (RH, LH, front, and rear) share common power up to "Remote Control Relay 1", then split into RH and LH. So the RH problem must be the wiring after this relay, or the relay itself. Does anyone know where "Remote Control Relay 1" is? Has anyone else solved this problem?

Surprising it was the front RH turn signal socket had a bad internal connection to ground. Shoving some tin foil down where the ground wire attaches to the socket solved the problem.
