sputter around 3000rpms

sputter around 3000rpms
So this is the list of things i changed and its still hesitates around 3000rpms,
Ecu
Fuel pump, new AEM 320
Soldered the ptu sub harness
Ptu
Injectors passed ohm test
Coil packs passed ohm test
All cylinder make a changr when unpluging a coil
Maf has been swapped
Fpcu has been bypassed, straight wired
All new spark plugs
New fuel filter,
No vac leaks,
Idk y its still doing this, any ideas??
Ive also noticed it pulls passed 3000 in first gear but no other gear, except 2nd sometimes
