waz up guys so tt is been runinin like a bag of du$h.so need help

i did ecu diagnostic mode for o2 sensors.i know they supposed to blink reding lean and reach but in my case it stays on all the time.

i know it's reach when light is on so it blinks once every min also.so what could cause this.

and it stutters a lot at low rpm when under load.thx ma z fams

 

Do you have the TT? If so Do you have an aftermarket bov installed? I'm new to the forum so I might be wrong but if you redirecting vavle to a blow off valve your car can run rich.
