this bolt is partly unscrewed. this is under the car looking just past the oil pan.

 

Or more info where the bolt is...

 

A picture will definitely help. How big is the bolt? If it's a big bolt, it's probably important. I can't think of anything that would be back there. There's not much past the oil pan except for the tranny.

 

i tried to attach a pic before, but it wasnt working .....

 

possible to pan the camera back some?
hard to get a point of reference that close up.
but anyway you look at it that should be tightened.

 

I'd tighten it. I can't really tell what I'm looking at though.
