It needs body work and some mechanical work.
Needs clearcoat on the rear bumper and sideview mirrors (the hood has a burn spot in the pearl coat from when the previous owner buffed it, so it could use a hood respray, too). There is slight rust behind the rear wheels, as well as rust spots on the t-tops and a bad spot of rust on the driver's side rocker. The passenger's side fender also has a small dent. Take care of those and the body will be fine.
Mechanically, there is a mysterious oil leak that I can't figure out - comes from the driver's side and does not appear to leak while running, but rather a few minutes after shutting down and only a few drips. Subframe bushings also need to be replaced, but I will include those. I also just had an injector die a couple weeks ago, but that's an easy fix since I have all the plenum hoses and EGR eliminated. It could also use new brakes, but it's not in dire need of them yet.
So basically, body work, track down oil leak, replace subframe bushings, and replace an injector and it'll be a great car. But it does 469rwhp and it's been on the cover of 2 calendars when it was in its prime, so I'm not going to take less than stated in this thread - I'm not really in a rush to sell, but if that much were offered, I'd let it go. All the spare parts I have go with the car as well (including 2 sets of TT wheels and various small parts).
Btw, changes since my classified ad include a Kaminari spoiler, the Stillen by Boyd Coddington wheels (seen in my sig and the thread I made about painting them), and a high-end 2-way alarm with keyless entry.
