Need Advice Buying 1990 TT 200K Yes or No?

Hey Guys I'm new to the forum semi new to Z's I am looking at a 1990 300zx TT w 187K miles. The owner has replaced the the timing belt, water pump, cam seals, crank seals, thermostat, water pump, and spark plugs (platinum) replaced at 170,000 miles.

He is asking $4300 I'll push for $3800 Is this a good Buy?

Or there are a few around my area Non Turbo for roughly 2k with only 100k miles would I be better off putting a TT in one of them?

Option 3? There is a 300zx no motor for $1,000 would it be cheaper to drop a TT engine in it?

I am looking to run the car at my local track and will slowly over the coarse of 2011 try to achieve 500+ Hp (what I mean is I am going to drive the S**T out of this car so I want it to hold up)

All that being said I am doing this on a budget so any information would be extremely appreciated.

Go for which ever is in the best shape, look under the car at the frame for dents from speed bumps and crap, any rust ect...
