Hello guys, I recently ordered a Kakimoto racing exhaust, it should come in a couple days. But now I am wondering since I Am going to remove the pipes where the AIV bungs (in the exhaust)are as well I want to just want remove those and leave the catalytic converter. The problem is that I don’t know what to replace that piping with, for an NA. I don’t want to use test pipes because I heard it removes the catalytic converter but also smells. But if I have to remove the catalytic converter then I am wondering what pipes I can use that is compatible with the exhaust. Thanks for reading.

 

Probably worth mentioning that some slip-ons come supplied with header grease to apply before fitting to stop it seizing to the headers. I think those are typically titanium ones though I believe.
