How long does it take to replace fuel hoses?

How long does it take to replace fuel hoses?
I am asking because I got an estimate that it will take 8 hours to replace all the fuel hoses on a 1990 300ZX TT at 85.00/Hr. Save you the math.. 680.00 That seems a little excessive. What do you say?

At a shop that's doing it for the first time on a Z32, yes, it'll take 8 hours. Most of it will be for the ~3" hose under the plenum.
Take it to a proper Z shop, or search TwinTurbo.NET for information on how to do a plenum pull and tackle the job yourself.
