You could upgrade the ecu to increase the REV limiter to 7450... what do you drive and what is it you are trying to accomplish?

the nissan skyline have same problems but only jap imports so i need converted from kmh to mph

So do you mean the speedometer? Pretty different from the speed limiter.

i have removed a speed limiter on yesterday. now i ned converted my speedometer

Ah I see. If you want to do some math and have a little fun, you could always just mark out the mph under the km/h.

160 km/h = 100 mph
0 km/h = 0 mph

You could figure out the rest.
