Is this a good deal for a 1993 TT??
1993 Twin Turbo in Super Red with 99,000 miles.
"Overall in excellent condition inside and out. I never got around to any mods other than the JWT pop charger intake (K&N) as well as I did install an accurate pillar mounted boost gauge and Blitz dual turbo timer in anticpation. Motor runs fantastic and boosts to .7 bar/10+ psi. Options include t-tops (they don't leak), ABS, HICAS, AC, charcol leather interior, cruise control and power everything. I've run nothing but Mobile 1 and premium fluids since I've owned it and there are no leaks. All factory service has been performed incl. timing belt. Tranny shifts clean and crisp w/no bad synchros. Body is free of dings and dents and paint still looks great. This car has no issues to worry about. It's always been adult driven and never raced or abused. I've always babied this car and it's always been garage kept, being casually driven only about 3k miles/year for the last 3-4 years since I've owned it."
He is asking 10 Grand for it, is this a good deal??

If the car is as flawless as he says
I'd say go ahead. I bought my 93 N/A in '98 for 11k. So for a 'flawless' TT with no mods 10k sounds like a dream. Check autotrader.com or cars.com and the like and you'll see that a TT in that condition would still go for well over 20K. If you could see it and drive it prior to purchase then I think it would well be worth it. I think you should check it out thoroughly though. Make sure that what he claims is true. Good luck.
check this one out
gathering a couple of friends for a road trip from florida to georgia to buy a 1993tt zx and paying for there breakfast-$66.00 stopping half way and buy them lunch $41.95,stopping 8 times tofill up the gas tank of a ford expedition $148.00 arriving at la grange georgia and seeing the zx for the first time in person other than pictures and find it in the most perfect condition inside and out side and to top it of buying it for$4,100 now thats priceless, and a steal,i guess i lucked out,but on the other hand buying a z for for 10 gssss is still not bad,for us z lovers thats not bad at all

copper
honestly when it comes tu buying a car you should first look for cars that are sold by private sellers instead than going to a car dealers, try ebay, auto trader.com,i had a 1990tt back in puerto rico and you know how much i paid for it back in 1997 $18,000,and to buy a 1993 in inmac condition for $4,100 even i still dont believe it,some times when i open the kitchen door to to go to the garage i have to look twice to see if its still a dream, i really love this car,and who ever owns a z32 must consider themself a smart buyer, why? because we owne a car that practicly competes with the big guys like porche ,corvettes and other hi expensives sports cars that if they ever meet in the street we a highly modified z32 will feel ashame that a car like this will leave in the dust a $70,000 car
I flew to Virginia for my TT and drove it back. (Brought the credit card, just in case I needed a flight back!)
10k for the condition that you describe on a '93 is a great price. See autotrader ads as Rizz advises...they are not cheap.

WOW what a deal!!
I'm still rubbing my eyes to see if I'm not misreading "4100$" ... unheard of. haha. On another note, i'm not shure if it was mentionned already but a carfax and extensive research/inspection would be advisable to avert a potentially costly "deal". I don't mean to rain on your parade but I've heard too many car sale horror stories to let it happen to a fellow Z'er. In the end I hope all turns out to be wonderful.
