Finished spraying the engine bay.
Starting to put on the chromed and powdercoated goodies on as we speak. Still a lot to do and replace to get the look that I am going for we will see. I figure with the chrome/gunmetal/red color combination it will really pop on that black background. We will see. It really helps that I can chrome or powdercoat as I please...otherwise I would be in a financial pickle. Muahahahaaha.....back to work for me.
PS- What do you think about these in chrome? To gawdy? I think they are a bit too gawdy and went ahead did a set in gunmetal as well for a comparo. Still undecided though. Wadda ya think?

Thanks. Just trying to be different all the while keeping the Z harmony true. Took me a long time to come up with the ideas for my car. I have done a lot to it and made sure that they were so subtle of changes that only a true enthusiast/owner would love. I built it for other Z32 guys to appreciate not the average person that only notices the obvious. I got a couple of other ideas under the hood that are really gonna knock people on their butts.
The engine bay is something I am really taking a lot time and experimenting with. I shaved bolt holes for parts we are going to eliminate, I not only relocated the battery but cut the battery tray out of the engine bay completely and I elminated stuff on the intake and even eliminated the connections on the plenum itself, I killed the foglights and am gonna run extra ducting to the Stillen intercoolers.....yadda yadda yadda.
Lots to do. Lots to do.
