just wondering if you guys can clear this up for me, in Ausralia we have z32's that start at 1989, but on many websites (all American) they say that the z32 is only 1990+ is this correct? or can we just get an earlier model here in australia?

 

They were first introduced in 1989 as a 1990 model. Each model year sold here is introduced the year before. So if you want a 2004 model as soon as it comes out you could buy it in 2003.

yeh cause i'm looking to import a 300zx in January and under the RAWS law here they have been banned from importation except if they are 15 years or older, so i can only get a 89 z in January, and i was worried that they only started in 1990 cause i would have to wait another year, but it all good hey.
