Can you identify this part?

So I have this chrome piece that I found in my garage. I can't remember what it is. I know it goes in the engine bay. Can anyone help?

my friend likes fat chicks. I always wanted to rig up a scale in the passenger side seat that registers on the digital clock so we can see how heavy those pigs weigh.

Based on the curvature, it seems to go on the rear of the plenum, but why do you give a damn? Just leave it off. End of story.
